Buyout

But I thought it was just UPS drivers? I think it’s funny most of these guys that complain about things like that. Think every other blue-collar job isn’t similar, except less than half almost no benefits no pension and no say on your workplace..

I wish those guys who took the buyout early in their career luck. The law of averages tells me they’re not gonna be better off. They’re just gonna make less money.

If if their spouse has a good job

If if their spouse has a good job

Some years ago, I had a driver who had about 21 years in just shy of getting his 25 and his wife got a great job and he decided he didn’t wanna work here anymore because he wanted to try something else because his wife made so much money.

Turns out she went on business trips and was banging every guy in her office and he got divorced and pretty much broke now lol no retirement no insurance nothing oh yeah, and a whore for a ex wife

Be careful what you wish for

Damn

His last day of work, he actually drove the truck back right after he delivered his last air stop, parked in the building and walked out, nobody even knew his truck was parked there for several hours lol.

Trust me I completely understand wanting to get outta here but you really need to think it though

I really want to see the "Explanations", especially the $1.....

If I had to guess.... D.R.I.V.E. contribution.

☺️

Went from $1 million house to a dumpy little apartment. Like I said, he decided to quit before he secured his own future.. oh yeah and he used her lawyer lol. If he got something, it wasn’t much.

The last line in most checks here is donations to charities. But it could be drive either way it’s most likely an election the employee makes voluntarily

The gift that keeps on giving. I’m surprised it’s not coming out of my pension check. 😂

Lol, package drivers are posting pics of their last delivery ever!

Gay. They need to post their rolled over package car

It’s a “voluntary” contribution until you are elected into office.

And then.... it’s almost extortion.... for what they expect. Open your wallet.

Her lawyer? Yea he’s an idiot.

I wouldn't think that would be ethical/allowed..

A lawyer with ethics?

Probably convinced him it would be amicable just let my lawyer do it....sign here. I knew a guy in my feeder dept who got so sick and tired of dealing with his soon to be ex-wife and her attorney that he agreed to paying her lifetime alimony just to get it over with.....Talk about an idiot.

What’s your and everyone’s opinions on donating to drive? Should I be doing it? I feel a little guilty for not but I stopped all of it once I got fed up with all politicians, but maybe I should rethink that

How the hell did you get out of it? I was out on comp for a while one time for a pretty good period of time and when I came back I had to resubmit for all my deduction's, 401K,union dues, etc., one thing that started back up without that? Yup D.R.I.V.E. I don't remember how I got out of it eventually but I did.
