I believe the problem with this stove is there isn't enough insulation between the heating element and the control panel. It set up fine and all the buttons worked, what happened is we used it once, it got hot and some how cooked the controls panel.
I heard lowes changed their return police. Thanks for the reminder. We definitely will stop buying our appliances there.
