I swear I see more and more of it every day.

Hairy ball sacks?

Don’t leave I’m starting to hear rumors. We’re not losing Amazon we’re gonna need you.

My goal for the rest of my life is to need massive corporations to the exact degree that they need me.

If you shit in the pancake batter, your pancakes taste like shit….

ask @21savage , he knows!

I’m gonna use that line…

Think it through. It’s a lot of money to walk away from. But hey, it’s not for everyone. Especially soy boys…

He’s a smart guy and probably could find something but this is a tough job market right now.

That was all of our goal…..

And we’re still here lol

He should tough it out for a little longer.

And we’re still here lol

I’ve been leaving for over twenty years!

He’s young.

I’ve been leaving for over twenty years!

I know the feeling. 🤣🤣

Easier said than done, the work used to be hard and the job was easy, now both are harder than @future when he watches a Charlie Brown Christmas.

Honestly, I would never start the job today. I’d fuckin kill somebody.

The work has definitely always been hard. But as this company became more of a nameless faceless corporation, there’s no satisfaction with a job well done, because the company makes it difficult to do our job well, there’s almost no common sense and very little driver input. For the new guys who have 20 to 30 years of this, I can understand.

I love how if you put their arms over their head their hands can barely touch... Put your arms over your head and touch your hands together then imagine if your head was that big in proportion to your body lol

For what they ask, the money isn’t even a particularly good value proposition long term.

75K a year and getting to see your children grow up is a far better outcome than 120K a year and getting to see them every other weekend.

With the business decisions they are making, it’s fairly easy to see that UPS is not the future unless they make significant changes.

Time is on my side currently. I’m gambling with my money. Not my family’s money.

And that’s the reason this can work for me, and very few other people.

At one time I felt satisfaction at completing my day, cleaning it out, covering all my pick ups and going home. I had a good feeling of accomplishment. I had a general idea of what my day’s parameters were every day. It became increasingly difficult to have that. They continued to move the goal posts. I can only work so hard. I lost that sense of accomplishment. I was more than happy to bail out.
