Higher a lawyer? Doesn’t sound like she hired any lawyer there was no money involved. And most lawyers will not take a case until it’s gone through grievance procedure.
Without knowing her local, there’s no way for me to know exactly what’s going on. It sounds like her local got her job back. There’s lots of small locals that don’t have the time nor the money to fight a case that’s already been settled.
Or it could be that they’re assholes I don’t know. Only getting one side here though.

Sketchy right now ….had the surgery yesterday ….that was her good eye …she went through 2 laser surgeries to correct it recently …but that didn’t work ..so they had to go in …again the retina detaching …if this one fucks up like the last one in her other eye she is fuuuuuuucked
