I don’t know what story you are referring to but we take smoking meat seriously. I used to stay all night once a year drinking single malt scotch and smoking 45 pork butts. Somehow somebody got access to Dale Earnhardt’s smoker on a trailer. Then we cleaned off the old brick smoker behind the church and used that. This was a fundraiser and butts would be sold for $30. After I left that church, they started using a commercial smoker and sold 100 butts. The church I go to now we are smoking some brisket the weekend after this one. The cook is probably using a Green Egg.

Again, the labor movement is all about the people who are willing to fight for better for them and their families if they’re not willing not much I can do .
We will be FedEx or even worse if no one’s willing to fight.
