There isn’t a lawyer in the world that would take this case. Unions have a broad and legal right to negotiate for their members.
Any lawyer that has a clue what he’s doing would be a fool to take such a case.
Just as much of a fool as anyone who suggest you should try to find a lawyer to do so.
Not to mention we’re talking about $150,000 which to a lawyer is almost nothing.
