Things don't happen overnight.
We all got to contribute
I’ll make it my daily duty to atleast make one comment per day. Also retirement is like a dream come true!!!! I’m so enjoying this. My longest feeling summer since I was a child. I’m thinking winter won’t bother me anymore

That's all we need all the members to just contribute a couple posts a day. That's all.
Are you a Teamster or a IAM member? I took the buyout because I was going to retire after Peak. The gave me an August 31 separation date. They paid me the 4 weeks vacation, 2 sick days and18 days separation pay that they owed me. But I had to have my BA remind them because it was supposed to be paid upon separation. The next day I got a NDA letter with that check for the buyout and a live check in the mail. I walked out the door with over $101K

I am a teamster. I retired just before they offered the buyout but it only was for the drivers only. No mechanics I know of got the offer.

Married any over 96k jumps to 22% federal alone.
Just tired of the crybaby mentality. When I got laid my first year(88) for a couple weeks not once did I cry.
When I saw the original of this, my mind went in the gutter....
