In 710 we don’t get credit for part-time years towards full-time pension which really sucks. Even though 4 to 5 of those years, I worked full-time hours.

That sucks. I think here it's for every two years of part time equals 1 full time year.

Same here I believe, but then again it may have changed since UPS took it over completely. I'm not 100% sure I never did part time.
