@1030 my boy texted me that our center manager is back

No mercy bitches

You are fired

The company is allowed to be nice and give you another chance. You can't complain if they don't and stick to what the contract does allow.

More and more cases that used to be settled between a Union Steward, or Center Manager or even business agent and a labor manager are no longer allowed to be settled at that level.

Once you leave the local area, nobody knows you. Nobody cares about you and your case is only heard on the facts of the case. There’s very little sympathy for attendance issues.

The only way you can really protect yourself is with FMLA. Hopefully you’ll apply for that if you need it. Otherwise you’ll be using the Union and the grievance procedure and the attendance policy.

Certainly if you plan on working someplace 30+ years, you’re gonna have some personal issues.

I can 100% promise you the company doesn’t care what any of us are going through.

Truth.

Interesting. I wonder if the state knows he's at work when he's supposed to be on house arrest.

That has been tried.

The rich can afford to keep moving away to nicer climates.

Tax the rich
