In the 1997 contract, UPS and Union agreed to create thousands of new inside jobs as well. It took three years and a lawsuit to get UPS to comply.
I don’t know why anyone would think this company would honor their contract any other way. This is par for the course for them. Dishonorable and zero integrity from them while demanding it from everyone else.
